That Onesie Life

Confession: One of those things that I thought I'd "never do" as a mom was to let my kid go around in a onesie all day. I didn't think it was necessarily a bad thing, I just figured it would be easy to actually get my kid all the way dressed.

Oh ho ho how wrong I was. As soon as a child is strong enough to crawl, dressing a child is not a cake walk. It's a battle. And mother of pearl they are STRONG! This is one reason why I now find a simple onesie a perfectly appropriate outfit. Reason No. 2 is because it is dang HOT here in the summer. It's out of the goodness of my heart that I put as few clothes on this child as possible. She's lucky she's not stripped down to her diaper. Maybe she'd be happier that way. Tempting... Reason No. 3 that onesies make the best summer attire: those cute little bare legs marching around the house just absolutely kill me!!

No pants is the way to go.
