At Sky Bake Deliveries we are here to make our customers (and their taste buds) happy.  We will do our best to fill every order as quickly, professionaly, and deliciously as possible.  Sky Bake Deliveries respects and seeks to protect the privacy of our customers, business partners, employees, and job applicants.  Any personal information provided by these parties will be kept private. 

 

Ordering

We depend on our customers' accuracy in the ordering process.  The customer will be held responsible for accurate shipping, billing, and order information.  Sky Bake will not be held responsible for errors due to the customer's input.  

 

Shipping 

Any errors, delays, or damaged products should be reported to Sky Bake Deliveries.  Please include a picture and detailed description of the damaged product, or clear documentation of the purchse of the delayed product. We will file refund requests when the problem is a result of the shipping company. When we are to blame we will offer a full refund to the customer.

If the shipment is not delivered by the scheduled day, Sky Bake Deliveries will file for a refund request. The USPS will refund the postage unless: 1) the delivery was attempted but could not be made; 2) the delivery address was incomplete or inaccurate; or 3) the shipment was delayed by circumstances beyond their control. This Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to shipments to P.O. Box addresses acceptable for delivery. All requests must be initiated within 30 days of the mailing date by contacting a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-222-1811; this Representative will provide more details on how to file a refund request. The original receipt of the Air Waybill (Shipping Label) may be required when filing a refund request....If the recipient accepts the shipment without noting any damage on the delivery record, we will assume the shipment was delivered in good condition. In order for us to consider a claim for damage, the contents, original shipping cartons, and packing must be available to us for inspection. Written documentation supporting the amount of a claim may also be required. All supporting documentation must be submitted within 9 months of the mailing date.

 

USPS will not be liable for: Delayed Shipments, Circumstances beyond their control, Consequential damages.  See more detail at  USPS Terms and Conditions

 

Refund Policy

We take great pride in our cakes and strive to provide the best cake experience to each and every Sky Bake customer.  If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your product. Please describe the issue so we can help. We will review your complaint, validate the complaint, look for areas of improvement, and when appropriate, refund the purchase in full.

 

Catering and Events

Event orders (12 or more cakes) must be requested by 3 weeks prior to the scheduled event.  Cancellations or changes are accepted up until 2 business days before shipping.  We will inform you of that date when we confirm the order. After this point, a cancellation fee will be charged an extra 15% for customized cakes, and 10% for all other cakes.  There will be a $15 Change Order fee for any changes requested within 2 business days of shipping.
